At Moroccraft, we ensure your handcrafted treasures are delivered with care. Our shipping policy details processing times, delivery estimates, international customs, and support for any shipping issues—so you know exactly what to expect when your order leaves our door.

Shipping Methods

Free Standard Shipping

United States & Canada: 12–20 business days
Europe & United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
International: 15–25 business days

No minimum order amount is required.

Express Shipping

United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
Europe & United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
International: 4–10 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your package.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Our standard processing time is 2–3 business days before your order is shipped.
For custom or made-to-order items, please allow 7–10 business days for production prior to shipping.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking details and the name of the shipping carrier.
Tracking is available for all shipping methods.

Shipping Destinations

Moroccraft ships to most countries worldwide. However, due to various constraints, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

Excluded Countries: Russia and Ukraine
We reserve the right to update the list of excluded countries as needed based on political situations, carrier restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the following details at checkout:

Phone number (for delivery coordination)

For most orders, delivery to P.O. boxes is supported. Note, however, that some larger items might require a physical address for successful delivery.

International Orders & Customs

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges imposed by their country upon delivery. These costs are not included in your purchase or shipping fees.

Customs Documentation

All international shipments will be declared as merchandise with the accurate value of the items. Please note that we cannot designate shipments as “gifts” or alter the declared values.

Customs Clearance

Clearance procedures vary by country and may cause delays that are outside of our control. Such delays are not counted within our standard delivery estimates.

Shipping Delays & Issues

The provided delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
Factors such as weather, customs processing, carrier challenges, or holidays may affect delivery times.
In rare instances, especially for international shipments, delays could extend up to 60 days.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery—along with photographs of the damage—so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments include basic insurance coverage provided by our carriers. This protects against loss or damage during transit.
Additional insurance options are not available for purchase.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@moroccraft.com or via live chat on WhatsApp (recommended).

We can only amend shipping details if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.

Holiday Shipping

During peak periods, particularly in November and December, please expect extra processing and delivery time. We suggest placing orders early to avoid delays during busy seasons.
